We agree on a short list of changes worth making and write them down. Your sponsor signs off, so everyone's pointed the same way.

Every two weeks we meet, work the plan, and adjust. We're done when the change sticks — not when the calendar says so.

    Sponsor review

    A short check on progress — goals only, never the conversations.

If it isn't a fit, you stop early. Don't feel the first two sessions are landing? We part ways and you're billed only for those two — no engagement fee, no awkwardness.
